Learn all about how music videos are made, including the techniques used to make them. 
Improve your video knowledge and terminology such as static shot (i.e. full, medium, close-up) and moving shot (gimbal, trucking, parallax).
Be part of something big, lasting, and fun! 

 

Filming takes place over three days (Aug. 22-24, 2026) with an additional on-site prep day (Aug. 21, 2026).

Funded by an Arts Forward grant from Arts Now, this is a community art project to give you a “behind-the-scenes” and/or “in-the-scenes” part in the making of a “Hollywood-level” music video, set to a song written by a world-traveling, local musician in The Crew, Jen Maurer.
